He was born like that....and many times these puppies are euthanized.
This is not from withholding care. I do think a really great ortho surgeon *might* be able to help this little one, but many don't really know. I went to three surgeons until I found one who knew what to do. The big problem with this little guy is that he is really relying on his front legs so he may never want to use his hind legs. Teddy did....he actually tried so hard he was tearing his feet up.
