Honestly? Most on this forum probably know I'm not a huge fan of advocate of SD but... when it comes to getting a pup back to health, I would just listen to your vet. Chronic renal failure is nothing to mess around with, but I admittedly know nothing about the disease. Some of those RX foods can help in ailing pets who cannot tolerate anything else. You could also meet with a nutritionist and homecook, I am guessing. |
