Did the cet repeat thw bile test afain a week apart?
Its my understanding to get an acurate bile test two or three are done a week apart.
As far as the spay do the preop nlood work which covera more than clotting and check the spay neuter sticky also ask about the anethias used and personally I dont leave mu dogs overnight.
I find it ridiculous vets say they will want to monitor them over night when you then find out there is no staff at the office overnight, even so most cets do a spay neuter day and have several dogs staying, I prefer to monktor my furbaby myself and I also ensure the vet will be on call for an emergency.
