Welcome to YT he sure looks cute from your avatar pic, kudos to you for nursing him along. You can also put more photos of him in an album on here, the nice thing about the album pics is they don't have to be resized like when you put them in a post.
Lola my pup was about that weight at 16 weeks and now she is about 5.5 lbs which is right in the middle of the size standard for a yorkie. The micro teacups which for some reason seem to be all the rage

are in the 2.5 to 3 lb range full grown so you should not have to worry about your little guy being way to small. Take lots of pictures because they grow up so quickly. It's hard to predict what the future will hold healthwise, but I have some advice for you that might help. I had 4 yorkies before being a member of yorkie talk and took their health for granted so I hated to spend extra money at the vet for things like blood tests, I always viewed it as a way for the vet to make more money. But being on YT and seeing how many problems there are because of bad breeding practices I started to realize the value of blood tests. When I bought Lola who is a mix at 16 weeks I immediately had a full panel done on her. While it will not tell you everything it is a good start and will give you a base to compare to as he ages. Make sure you request a full panel that gives you liver and kidney number and so forth.
Congratulations and welcome to this crazy world of yorkies.
