thanks. aww cookie is so cute. the way i taught shake to diddy was i would take his paw and say shake and good boy. then i would give him a treat. i did that a few times and he caught on. at first he would bite my hand and still does on occasion hehe. when he does that i would say no bite and give no treat. then when he would do it without biting, i would praise him a lot and give him a treat. today i taught him "go down". i would say sit and he would sit. then i said go down and go on my knees with a treat. i did that a few times. he caught on fast. he is such a quick learner. |
