That's why I rarely post anything I'm doing or going to do, and don't post until after the fact. I see people online posting all the time that they are going somewhere on vacation/holiday...to me it's like screaming the contents of their house is up for grabs as no one will be home.
When I sold my last house, the realtor said to put away any valuables and made sure that the walk-through video didn't show artwork, tvs/electronics & computers, etc. She said people watch the videos to see where things are located in the house to then break in & steal them.
