 Spaying Question
My yorkie puppy is 18 weeks and weighs 1lb 14oz. My vet said most dogs get spayed at about 6 months but I should wait till Pippa is a bit older to see if she loses all her baby teeth so they can pull them at the same time, if need be. My question is, should I also wait until she is a certain weight or is having her spayed before her first heat crucial? |
