Two of mine ears are up and stayed up, never had any issues. Ruby on the other hand has heavy weighted hair on her ears that needs to be trimmed every few months or they will start to droop. Its just part of her regular upkeep.
Some times it depends on the amount of hair on them. Ears with thinner hair seems to stay up the ones with thicker hair tend to droop when grown out. Just keep an eye on them, if at 17 weeks and now at 5 months they are still up than my guess would be that their good.
