 Go to the Vet!
I was just in the same situation with my yorkie! He ended up having coccidia and I'm so glad we went to the vet right away. He has been on meds for a few days and doing much better. It is very common for puppies to have apparently and somes the transition to a new home makes it come to the surface. Hope your furbaby is feeling better soon!
