Anal gland issues are linked to allergies, either food or seasonal. Since your baby is having a chronic problem I would guess it's from the food. You should have your vet show you how to do the anals & you can do them at bath time whenever you bathe him. This way he will stay cleaned out & comfy as they are painful when full. They are really easy to do & will save you lots on vet calls.
