What did they say was wrong with her liver ? I would take her to a good vet & get her liver checked out again as liver problems don't just go away. IF her liver checks out A-Ok then I would spay her. You need to NOT breed her as it's just too risky with small dogs & nothing like breeding the larger dogs & should deff be left to the pros. She is your pet, your baby & not worth loosing her and or the pups. Just Love her ! & Welcome back.
