The comedienne Elaine Boosler used to talk about her dog Petey in her routine.
One of the things she said was that when she was coming home from being out on tour, she would practice all the way home from the airport.. kiss the boyfriend first... kiss the boyfriend first... kiss the boyfriend first....
She also said that if she ever found a man that got as excited when she walked in the door as Petey did, she'd marry him!!
