YUM! One of my favorites, but only if its cooked a certain way --
Breaded in Jiffy cornbread mix and fried until it would burn if you cooked it any longer. Don't stir very often, just let it cook in clumps. Its not slimy at all, and the cornbread mix gives it a great sweetness.
