I LOVE OKRA! Any which way is fine with me.
I tried it pickled but it was too sweet for my taste. I don't know if it was just the way this person made it but I would like to try it a more tart way...like pickles? I love it in soup with other veggies and pork. I love it deep fried and battered too. I would say this is one of my favorite veggies.
