You have very good reason to be concerned for your little girl. The best option would have been to have her spayed right after her heat cycle. When was she bred? It is much riskier for a small bitch to have pups because her uterus can rupture and/or she could require a c-section. You really need to talk to your vet and follow his advise. Please keep us posted on how your little girl does.
