welcome to yt! I'm sorry to hear of your little one isn't feeling well. Were you feeding her a high fat diet? table scraps? I know some who's adults dogs have gotten pancreatitis but, that was from feeding table scraps.I hope they can get to the bottom of this and your pup is bouncing around again.
