It could have been that you and the puppy were stressed. They can pick up on stress and fear of others. They do have sensitive tummies, but normally grow out of that. When my three go to the vet, usually one will have the runs for one day. I give mine a teaspoon of yogurt daily. It keeps their colon in check. Congratulations on your new family member !!
