I used the CVS generic brand of the Crest White Strips for a few weeks before my wedding. It definitely worked...I could certainly notice a difference...however, the "dissolving strips" were positively disgusting. I only use them for that one occasion, I don't use them on a regular basis, so I didn't experience any sensitivity as a result.
