I'm sitting here at the Hotel del Coronado on Coronado Island, Ca (I'm at a conference) looking out my balcony window at the gorgeous ocean, listening to the waves crashing the beach. Now, I'm from landlocked central Texas so this is outstanding for me and I am REALLY impressed.
But......I get to thinking about my little Rowdy at home with my hubby, so I call home and ask my hubby about Rowdy and of course, he is doing just fine.
So, then I sigh, and say, I sure miss Rowdy (I pause and quickly think to whom I am taking) and then I say, (real quick) and I miss you too!!!
Well, my hubby is pretty quick on the draw and he laughs and says, "I noted the order of the ones you miss"
I was sooo embarrassed, I miss him too - but little Rowdy doesn't know why I'm gone or when I'll come back and I was feeling sorry for him (and me too)!!!
Anyway, I guess my hubby knows his place now!
