My puppy doesn't get sick from eating her poo. Maybe she's allergic to pineapples. They say the frozen ones work much better, just cut them up so she doesn't choke. Maybe ask the vet why she's vomitting. My puppy and I are still working on this issue of poop eating. I use frozen. Have to watch her when she goes.
