My Yorkie Suzy Q just turned one in March. She has always had an appetite. A couple weeks ago, she vomited a couple days in a row, but she was still eating. When she got sick both times, it was in the car. I took her to the vet and the vet said motion sickness. She got sick again a few days ago, in the house, but she was still eating and going potty normally. Yesterday she was fine all day. This morning, she dry heaved and now won't eat her Wellness dog food. She won't even eat chicken or bacon. She is still going potty like normal, and while outside, she chased chippies and tried to eat leaves and pine needles, which I promptly had her drop. I can hear her stomach gurgling and she seems restless. I plan to take her back to the vets tomorrow. Any ideas?
