The merchandise varies at each TJ Maxx, but I think the pet section with those bowls aren't uncommon. I also find pet items sometimes at Ross and Marshall's. You probably could find them also at Petsmart or Petco as Blowry posted above. I'm thinking the other stores might have the feeders at a better price.
