I agree. I won't let my dog into the other area of the house till about a year. And may not have full run till over a year -two yrs. But he has limited full run of the family area where we are always at. And sleeps in my room next to me in a crate. When nobody's home he goes into the big crate and wreaks havoc till someone gets back home.
