I use personal lubricant and try to gently work the skin back over his penis....if it is not working....I use a cool cloth on him until his penis begans to shrink....then with lubricant I can gently pull his skin back over it.
If it stays out too long it becomes very dry....and can interfere with emptying his bladder....so you need to help him with the problem.
