Seeing her is a good first step. For sure, if you can see her, you will have a better idea if this is a real re-home rather than a CL scam. Then, you can decide and carefully proceed, making certain to exchange payment WHEN you get her. You didn't say what Bri's breeder's response was...just curious. You don't know at this point whether the lady and/or her vet can be believed...time will certainly reveal the truth. Hopefully, when you see her, you can take some more pix.
