The only problem I have with cheese with Sophie Kate is she always wants it. I use cheese only for giving her pills however she now knows that cheese is like her "thing" and if you open the cheese compartment in the frig she starts dancing and spinning like a ballerina.
Sophie Kate is on a very strict diet, no people food due to pancreatits but she is allowed one small bite of cheese with her pills. I haven't had a problem so far (thank goodness).
My neighbors husband was grilling burgers on the grill one evening when we were over there, Sophie Kate was standing guard of the grill, when he opened the cheese she went NUTS. It scared him, he thought she had gotten stung by a Bee the way she was dancing and spinning.
