I tried the crest whit strips and they such... didn't work at all a waist of money. So both my daughter and I tried the Wal Mart brand Equate-Intense Tech and they did a wonderful job. Work in just a few day of use, you can defiantly see a noticeable improvement. Beats paying out hundreds of $$ going to the dentist.
