Poor little guy...that is just rediculous. He's going to need a lot o TLC !!
Im curious if you gave them a full refund?
What do you do in this type of situation?
If it were me.... I would not have. They would get half now and the remaining refunded of what was left over after...this little guy has been to the Vet for a full work over, gotten de wormed, up to date shots and only after he has been re homed to a more suitable family.
Not sure what is the legal and proper thing to do when something like this happens!
