I used to use Crest Whitestrips but they really did sensitize my teeth. I think the old ones said to use them every 6 months, and I did for a few times, and then they switched to once a year I think.... Anyways, my teeth got REALLY sensitive, my gums got really red and puffy and would start to bleed with normal brushing.
