Most all puppies will have a blue eye shine. As they become adults the eye shine changes to green or orange/amber. Greenish reflection will be a silk coat, the orange/amber shine indicates a soft/cotton coat. You can also check the eye shine with a yorkie in a darkened room. Stand outside the door in another room with a light on. If you look from a certain angle, the light from the room you're in will shine into the yorkies eyes and reflect the colors. Often this method is more accurate than pictures, as the flash and different cameras will show eye shine oddly at times (it's just tricky to do).
