No reputable breeder will let there pups go before 12 weeks and if they did they probably didn't do health testing and skipped a few other things which could make you end up with a sick pup. Getting a pup that young means there not going to learn socialization and bite inhibition from there mom and litter mates which can be a big problem. They also are going to have to have someone with them all the time for weeks to eat every couple of hours or they could get hypoglycemia and die.
