Thank you soo much. I feel like I've hit the lotto!..Now, my next challenge is to produce healthy ones that follow the standard. My mentor and I plan on sharing lines..to have a international partnership. I am pumped!!

Anyway..here are some points I want to emphasize in the statement above from the IBC's website:

4. During the throw inspection by breed-waited or veterinary surgeon is examined by this the dam and the puppies for visible errors. The errors are registered if necessary on the throw report form. Furthermore a note is to be registered, from which it follows that the throw and the dam were demonstrated. Puppies may not be delivered ungeimpft.
The correctness of the data are to be confirmed by breed-waited and/or by the veterinary surgeon by signature and stamp.

This basically says a vet must be present when the litter is whelped..right on the spot..he marks the obvious flaws or flauts so nothing is hidden. It's then logged, with the vets signature and stamp as proof.

I am be missing a word or to but the you can't deny the obvious!
