Can you tell me if CC has oatmeal in it? My Tiger has white specs so am guessing that he is very dry . . . my vet suggested to use an oatmeal shampoo.

I don't know of any store here that carries CC products so I want to make sure it will be good for my Tiger. I'd hate to spend on an expensive product, pay for shipping and only to find out it isn't good. Of course, I read through this FM that majority sends out great reviews about the product.
