Default Gizmos pancreatitc enzymes are elevated AGAIN :(

So Gizmo had a bout of pancreatitis back in February. So our vet had him on hills i/d canned for a little while and then transitioned him to Natural Balance Venison & Sweet Potato (the fat % is minimum 10%). He seemed to do well on that for a while. We had his amylase and lipase (pancreatic enzymes) checked in March/April and they were great. Yesterday i took Gizmo in to get his dental and thank goodness i got his blood work done because his amylase was a little low and his lipase was elevated again! He hasn't show any signs or symptoms like he had last time. Our vet put Gizmo on a vitamin called Oxstrin. Apparently the internal medicine vet suggested it for Gizmo and other dogs that have more than one episode of pancreatitis. Has anyone given Oxstrin before???? I am in nursing school and unfortunately know a little too much for my own good and am freaking myself out about him.
