Skippy will be getting his teeth cleaned and his nails trimed tomorrow am-sometime between 10-12. I am supposed to keep him --no food after noon today and NPO after midnight. WHY no food after noon when the procedure isn't until at least 10am? I couldn't get him to eat yet today and now he will be without food all
