We just bought our first bag to try. I am intrigued by the "science" behind it... not sure it's really any kind of "cancer preventative" like they say, but *shrugs* I really like the low-ash foods (less taxing on the kidneys) and good protein/fat ratios, IMO. Seem pretty knowledgeable with their staff. They've always answered all my questions. They are made at Hi-Tek in Georgia.

Is the ash level normally on the bags or is there some calculation you do? Or do you have to just contact the companies to find out? Also what is considered a good or average ash amount?
