Tapeworm I am sorry to hear you have had such difficulty with your pup.
The puppy wormer (Strognid-T) commonly used is not meant for tapeworm, as tapeworm comes from fleas. So actually the fleas IS the bigger issue, and you saw them. Dogs get fleas, and worms, thats life. It is not necessarily neglect!
I am not defending the breeder, and follow your gut, with what to do, and how far to take it. But keep in mind ANY dog can get fleas! And not every flea will infect the dog with tapeworm. The scabs on the puppy, are sad, but not life threatening. And easily treated.
You met the people, and the dogs, and liked there personality. You were in there home?
