Breeders are almost NEVER responsible for any vet expenses.
Consider this a lesson learned and luckily thus far a relatively cheap one trust me.
Definately spread the word.
Get a full work up on this pup now as who knows what health isssues can be lingering if basic care wasnt provided by this greeder its doubtful they health tested parents.
If you feel the other dogs in the greeders care are veibg neglected contact your local animal control, spca, humane society police department or media.
