I think almost any step in harness will touch the "arm pit" area some. I do sell the choke*free leather step in harness.. they recomend not leaving the harness on 24/7. I do and never have had a problem with Remy. The plain leather ones are very soft...and I use a lose fit.
I sometime put the harness over her clothes.. maybe that will help?
