These are neurological symptoms. Please find a new vet. They are missing the obvious. While many thing can cause neuro symptoms, liver shunt is one of the irst rule outs in yorkies and then the neuro disorders sometimes seen in the breed. It would be best to just get your pup to a specialty hospital ER so they can do what needs to be done. At the gery least another regular vet is needed today that will send her to a specialist.
