Let's see if I can remember what I had today.
Breakfast: glass of V8 low sodium, 2 soft boiled pickled eggs and low fat string cheese.
Then like an hour later I had 1/2 a roast beef bagel sandwich and 1/2 a egg white/cheese/sundried tomato/cream cheese bagel sandwich.
Lunch: unagi bowl with ikura (my fave don't ask me why) then some korean seafood jun stuff and a small half flounder (?) and spicy kim chi cucumbers.
I thought I ate a lot today but I haven't had dinner yet.
