Congratulations. My vet said to save the puppy food and calcium rich food until mom whelps the puppies. Guess she was right--we had 4 healthy biewer puppies 5 weeks ago and mama is still nursing somewhat. Puppies are in the nursery, beginning to eat puppy food while continuing to nurse from mama. |
