Yup. The least of my concerns would be putting the needle in.
I would sooner overvaccinate unless maybe I could get the brand, the supplier, the temp ept at/shipped at, the exam findings right before the vaccine, a statement from the vet that breeder knew exactly what they were doing, etc. And I'd still really hesitate. I'd ask breeder not to do this and instead take pup to a vet.
