My 4 year old Toy Yorkie has 2 eye teeth on each side, one facing the front and one facing the rear. I think the rear ones are her baby teeth still after 4 years and me nor the vet has noticed.The back ones facing the rear are very loose. Will they fall out on there own ??? She doesnt seem to be in any pain.What should I do ????
