Let me first say that Raley will be 3 years old in December. He DOES NOT AND HAS NOT EVER MARKED. With that said, I have friends who have male dogs that mark constantly. One friend in particular has a problem. She took in a rehomed yorkie that is not neutered. He marks everywhere. What can she do to correct this behavior?????
