So sorry to hear that. Our sweet little Charlie also had kidney issues. He was on Prescription Diet K/D (we purchased thru vet's office). There is both a hard food and soft food (we did both and that seemed to help). It is on the pricey side, but often rebate offers (if you check the website and/or ask when you purchase food).
