Has she been the grandparents before could she have gotten into something there on accident? maybe call and see what she ate while there and if she had any of the symptoms while visiting so you have a good time frame to go by, bloody stools are very concerning to me. could be some kind of parasite, fluids are a must. I would take to ER vet.
