Pixie its easy always remember 16oz in a lb the chart is done in oz and at the bottom at 18 months shows the pounds. Keep in mind this is a generic chart for toy breed.

To use this chart; Find your puppy's age in the column going down the left side-then follow it over to your puppy's current weight. This chart will approximate your puppy's weight at different ages up to 18 months

16 oz in a lb x 2 =32 + 5 =37 so the chart estimates 5.5lbs adult weight
