I have seen alot of episodes of this. Very irritating. Rome won't bark at al unless you tell him "Talk". When I had my other Yorkie Bentley I would have fam/friends ring my door bell once he barked I grabbed his leash and.followed him to a queite room and when he stopped barking ill bring him back to the room and I repeated these steps everyday for like 3months & he started gettin better I a lk so used raw carrots, I think its best.
