Um, Toki goes through some pretty wonky positions in that car seat haha. She'll try to sit with her booty on the back border and her front paws on the front border instead of sitting in the seat (see picture). She'll prop her butt on the side of the car seat with her front propped on the console trying to rest her head on my elbow. She'll get stuck between the seat of the car and her car seat. So we're still a work in progress! I'm still unsure about it but we'll work with it a little more. I had to take out the cushion in the seat so that it would be a little deeper and I had to shorten the harness attachment so that she couldn't crawl onto my lap. She still likes to inch out of it and sit on the console *sigh*
But once you get her to sit in it and lay down, she falls right asleep! I do wish I had gotten the large one although she can sit and lay down fine in the medium one (she's pretty long and weighs 9.6 pounds).
